Oh! Yinka Ayefele Acquires Customised Musical Equipment

Still basking in the euphoria of the successful take-off of his recently licensed radio station, Fresh FM, Yinka Ayefele has got another reason to be happy.

The gospel tungba creator, Dr. Yinka Ayefele, MON, on the evening of Tuesday, August 4, 2015 took delivery of new ultramodern musical equipment worth N150 Million from Turin, Italy.

The equipment which was brought in by two Italian sound engineers was specially customised for the artiste, a press release signed by his publicist, David Ajiboye explained.

Ajiboye said: “The new equipment is necessary considering the level and pattern the entertainment industry in Nigeria is gearing towards. The equipment is a result of several research work done by my engineering team on the need to be different from the crowd.

“We just took delivery of new customized equipment that is specially made for Yinka Ayefele and The Merry makers Band, the equipment will make our job easier, effective and outstanding.”


Speaking to Naij, Ayefele said the equipment were made specially for him. He said the Italian engineers that accompanied the equipment will be in the country for one week to train his engineers on how to use the equipment.

Ayefele’s newly commissioned radio station, Fresh FM transmits from from 105.9MHz in Ibadan, Oyo State.
