An unidentified woman has delivered a faceless baby in Abia State.

According to reports, the faceless baby was delivered at a hospital in Ogbor Hill, Aba in Abia State.

While many think it might be a manipulation of the enemy, some are of the opinion that it is a medical condition caused by the absence of certain elements while the baby was still in the womb.
